CBRSim indicates fatality and lethality from chemical, biological and radiological hazards, specifically downwind hazard. The system would consist of a series of a transmitter (TX) with a wind-dependent directional antenna. When the TX is triggered, all RX within range will indicate heat effects. The potential to link to other meteorological inputs is being investigated.

Status: the initial concept has been defined, and the ability of the Layer3Services WiFi system to emulate downwind effects is effective. Technical and scientific input for the system is being gathered. We invite interested parties to contact us.
